We exclusively stay at Caesar's properties. We thought it very convenient that the machines had the ability to order drinks directly from them until we realized it took 10+ minutes to receive one and. We decided to write off the room as a loss and headed to the casino. ![]() We got very little sleep over the course of our 2 night stay. The bathroom was visibly dirty and the ceiling had mold spots all over it. The hallway was loud and the hose dangling in front of the window banged on it ALL NIGHT LONG. We opened the window to provide more light and as you can see from the "view" it didn't help. There's no overhead lighting and the lamps don't provide much light so the room is very dark. We got checked in and went to the room and couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights. ![]() After going in through the front and asking security for directions, we finally realized you have to drive behind the property and utilize the parking deck which isn't super convenient when you're loading/unloading luggage. The lobby was hard to find as the normal hotel check-in parking was blocked off. ![]() After a terrible stay at the Flamingo in Vegas last month, I swore off Caesar's properties but since we had never been to Tunica we gave the Horseshoe a shot.
